You can have your car rental delivered to your Hotel, Office, Airport, Residence or anywhere of your choice within your pick-up location.

You can have your car rental picked up from your Hotel, Office, Airport, Residence or anywhere of your choice within your drop-off location.

After Hours
We offer rentals according to your schedule - 24 hours a day, 7 days week, 365 days a year. Feel free to reserve your car rental for any time that suits you as we deliver after hours and on holidays!

One-way Rentals
We offer a one-way car rental delivery and pick up service. You can have your car delivered to you at any location of your choice within our service area of California, Arizona and Nevada and picked up from you from a different location within our service area.

Vehicle Choice
LA Luxury Car Rental strives to provide customers the exact car Model requested and highly appreciate the flexibility of a second choice vehicle provided.

Car Return Condition
All vehicles must be returned in a clean condition.
Renter will be charged a minimum of $99 and up to $250 for a car that requires cleaning in addition to a regular car wash for the following reasons:

• Food Stains from coffee, soda, etc.

• Fast food, loose change or cigarette ash between car seats.

• Cigarettes or ash in ashtray.

• Excessive exterior dirt such as dried bugs on front end of cars and sand under wheel wells due to driving on unpaved roads.

• Presence of pet hair in vehicle.

N.B. : Cars that are smoked in require a full interior detail of $250 to eliminate any ash and odors.

Fuel
Vehicle must be returned with a FULL tank of gas.
Our fuel charges are $5.50 per gallon with an additional service fee of $25.

Accident Policy
For insurance purposes and your own protection, you are required to file a police report in the event of an accident to document your statement. Renter is responsible for furnishing us with all pertinent information related to the accident, therefore please contact us promptly at 866-203-2277.
Renter is also responsible for damage to and loss of use of  rental vehicle and damage caused to third parties.

Cancellation Policy
All reservations cancelled 48 hours prior to pick-up date will incur no charge.
Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of pick-up date will incur a $1000 charge.

Renter's requirements
The renter is required to present the following:

• A Valid original drivers license from country of residence. If the country drivers license is in any language other than English, an International drivers license is required to serve as translation.

• A major credit card or bank debit card in the name of the renter than can accommodate an authorization of the full amount of the rental and an additional deposit of $1000.

• Proof of full coverage auto insurance if renter chooses not to purchase our Car Damage Waiver.

Age Requirements
Minimum Age : 21
Age 21 to 24 : Drivers must be older than 21

Additional Drivers
The Minimum age for additional drivers is 21.
Two additional drivers are permitted at an additional charge of $30 per day (per additional driver)

Deposit Requirements
Cash deposits are not accepted. LA Luxury Car Rental accepts VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover and Diners Club as rental deposits.

Payment Methods
LA Luxury Car Rentals accepts Bank Debit Cards, VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover and Diners Club as payment methods.

Optional Charges and Coverage
LA Luxury Car Rental also offers the following coverage and optional charges:

1. Basic Coverage - (BC)
   $250 per day
   $90 per hour or additional day
   1. Reduces the renters responsibility for damage to the rented vehicle to the first $3 000 provided the renter complies with the terms of the rental agreement.
   2. Provides the renter with the minimum third party liability protection required in California of a maximum of $15 000 per person, a maximum of $30 000 per accident for bodily injury and a maximum of $5 000 for property damage.
   3. Renter remains responsible for the loss of use of the rented vehicle while it is being repaired, unless renter selects our Loss of Use of Full Coverage Option.
   4. Renter remains responsible for damage to third parties in excess of $30 000 (SLI).
    

2. Basic Coverage Exotic - (BC)
   $400 per day
   $140 per hour or additional day
   1. Reduces the renters responsibility for damage to the rented vehicle to the first $5 000 provided the renter complies with the terms of the rental agreement.
   2. Covers the renter for damage to third parties for bodily injury liability up to $15 000 per person, a maximum of $30 000 per accident and $5 000 for property damage.
   3. Renter remains responsible for the loss of use of the rented vehicle while it is being repaired, unless renter selects our Loss of Use of Full Coverage Option.
   4. Renter remains responsible for damage to third parties in excess of $30 000 (SLI).
    

3. Full Coverage - (FC)
   $300 per day
   $120 per hour or additional day
   1. Reduces the renters responsibility for the rented vehicle to $3 000 provided the renter complies with the terms of the rental agreement.
   2. Provides the renter with the minimum third party liability protection required in California of a maximum of $15 000 per person, a maximum of $30 000 per accident for bodily injury and a maximum of $5 000 for property damage.
   3. Reduces the renter's responsibility for the loss of use of the rented vehicle while it is being repaired to $1 000.
   4. Renter remains responsible for damage to third parties in excess of $30 000 (SLI).
    

4. Full Coverage Exotic - (FC)
   $500 per day
   $200 per hour or additional day
   1. Reduces the renters responsibility for the rented vehicle to $5 000 provided the renter complies with the terms of the rental agreement.
   2. Provides the renter with the minimum third party liability protection required in California of a maximum of $15 000 per person, a maximum of $30 000 per accident for bodily injury and a maximum of $5 000 for property damage.
   3. Reduces the renter's responsibility for the loss of use of the rented vehicle while it is being repaired to $3 000.
   4. Renter remains responsible for damage to third parties in excess of $30 000 (SLI).
    

5. Car Damage Waiver - (CDW)
   $150 per day
   $50 per hour or additional day
   1. Renter is liable for all damage to the rented vehicle, irrespective of fault. Purchase of Car Damage Waiver will reduce renter's responsibility for collision damage to the rented vehicle to the first $3000 provided the renter complies with the terms of the rental agreement.
   2. Renter remains liable for all third party damage, unless renter has selected our Minimum Third Party, Basic Coverage or Full Coverage option.
   3. Renter remains responsible for the loss of use of the vehicle while it is being repaired unless renter has selected our Loss of Use or Full Coverage Option.
   4. Renter remains responsible for damage to third parties in excess of $30 000.
    

6. Car Damage Waiver Exotic- (CDW)
   $300 per day
   $100 per hour or additional day
   1. Renter is responsible for all damage to the rented vehicle, irrespective of fault. Purchase of Car Damage Waiver will reduce renter's responsibility for collision damage to the rented vehicle to the first $5 000 provided the renter complies with the terms of the rental agreement.
   2. Renter remains liable for all third party damage, unless renter has selected our Minimum Third Party, Basic Coverage or Full Coverage option.
   3. Renter remains responsible for the loss of use of the vehicle while it is being repaired unless renter has selected our Loss of Use or Full Coverage Option.
    

7. Loss of Use Waiver - (LOU)
   $50 per day
   $30 per hour or additional day
   1. Reduces the renter's responsibility for the loss of use of the rented vehicle while it is being repaired to the first $1 000.
   2. Renter remains responsible for all damage to the rented vehicle, irrespective of fault, unless the renter has selected our Car Damage waiver, Basic Coverage or Full Coverage option.
   3. Renter remains responsible for all damage caused to third parties, unless renter has selected our Minimum Third Party, Basic Coverage or Full Coverage Option.
    

8. Loss of Use Waiver Exotic - (LOU)
   $100 per day
   $60 per hour or additional day
   1. Reduces the renter's responsibility for the loss of use of the rented vehicle while it is being repaired to the first $3 000.
   2. Renter remains responsible for all damage to the rented vehicle, irrespective of fault, unless the renter has selected our Car Damage waiver, Basic Coverage or Full Coverage option.
   3. Renter remains responsible for all damage caused to third parties, unless renter has selected our Minimum Third Party, Basic Coverage or Full Coverage Option.
    

9. Deductible Waiver - (DW)
   $60 per day
   $40 per hour or additional day
   Purchase of Deductible Waiver together with Car Damage Waiver, Loss of use, Basic Coverage or Full Coverage will reduce renter's deductible to $0.
    

10. Deductible Waiver Exotic - (DW)
    $120 per day
    $100 per hour or additional day
    Purchase of Deductible Waiver together with Car Damage Waiver, Loss of use, Basic Coverage or Full Coverage will reduce renter's deductible to $0.
     

11. Minimum Third Party Coverage - (MTP)
    $100 per day
    $40 per hour or additional day
    1. Offers the renter with the minimum third party liability protection required in California of a maximum of $15 000 per person, a maximum of $30 000 per accident for bodily injury and a maximum of $5 000 for property damage.
    2. Renter remains responsible for all damage to the rented vehicle, irrespective of fault, unless the renter has selected the Car Damage Waiver, Basic Coverage or Full Coverage Option.
    3. Renter remains responsible for the loss of use of the rented vehicle while it is being repaired, unless renter has selected our Loss of Use or Full Coverage option.
    4. Renter remains responsible for third party liability damage in excess of $30 000 (SLI)
     

12. Tire and Wheel - (TW)
    $30 per day
    $20 per hour or additional day
    1. Covers renter for damage to tires and/or wheels. Renter remains responsible for all damage to the rented vehicle, aside from tires and wheels, irrespective of fault, unless renter selects our Car Damage waiver, Basic Coverage or Full Coverage Option.
    2. Renter remains responsible for all damage to third parties unless renter selects our Minimum Third Party, Basic Coverage or Full Coverage Option.
    3. Renter remains responsible for the loss of use of the rented vehicle while it is being repaired unless renter selects our Loss of Use or Full coverage option.
     

13. Windshield and Glass - (WG)
    $30 per day
    $20 per hour or additional day
    1. Windshield and Glass protects renter from expenses arising out of chipped and/or cracked glass or windshield. Renter remains responsible for all damage to the rented vehicle, aside from windshield and glass, irrespective of fault, unless renter selects our Car Damage Waiver, Basic Coverage or Full Coverage Option.
    2. Renter remains responsible for all damage to third parties unless renter selects our Minimum Third Party, Basic Coverage or Full Coverage Option.
    3. Renter remains responsible for the loss of use of the rented vehicle while it is being repaired unless renter selects our Loss of Use or Full coverage option.
     

14. Car Delivery - Hotel, Office or Residence
    $99.99 fixed.
    We deliver your luxury car rental to your hotel, office, residence or any place of your choice within your pick-up location.
     

15. Car Delivery - Airport (Meet and Greet)
    $99.99 fixed.
    We deliver your luxury car rental to the airport upon your arrival, where a rental agent will meet you at your baggage claim in your arriving terminal. A sign with your name and LA Luxury Car Rental on it will be present.
     

16. Car Return - Airport Curbside
    $299 fixed.
    A rental agent will be awaiting your arrival at the Curbside of your departure terminal to collect the vehicle.
     

17. Car Return - Airport Parking
    $99.99 fixed.
    The rented vehicle may be dropped off at the airport parking lot closest to the renter's departure terminal.
     

18. Car Return - Hotel, Office or Residence
    $99.99 fixed.
    You can have your car rental picked up from your Hotel, Office, Residence or anywhere of your choice within your drop-off location.
     

19. Age 21-24
    $39 per day
    $29 per hour or additional day
    Due to insurance reasons, no drivers under 21 years old are permitted. The surcharge is applicable to drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 and rates vary by car, class, etc.
     

20. Age 21-24 Exotic
    $60 per day
    $60 per hour or additional day
    Due to insurance reasons, no drivers under 21 years old are permitted. The surcharge is applicable to drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 and rates vary by car, class, etc.
     

21. Additional Driver
    $30 per day
    $10 per hour or additional day
    1. Only drivers named on the rental agreement are allowed to the drive the vehicle.
    2. Insurance information must be provided to LA Luxury Car Rental.
    3. Driving rented vehicle without being named on the rental agreement will void insurance and rental company's liability.
     

22. Additional Driver Exotic
    $60 per day
    $40 per hour or additional day
    1. Only drivers named on the rental agreement are allowed to the drive the vehicle.
    2. Insurance information must be provided to LA Luxury Car Rental.
    3. Driving rented vehicle without being named on the rental agreement will void insurance and rental company's liability.
     

23. Miles
    1. 100 miles - $99 fixed. $0.99 for each additional mile
    2. 500 miles - $425 fixed. $0.85 for each additional mile
    3. 1000 miles - $750 fixed. $0.75 for each additional mile
    4. 5000 miles - $3250 fixed. $0.65 for each additional mile.
    
    N.B. : There is no credit for unused miles.
     

24. Miles Exotic
    1. 100 miles - $170 fixed. $1.70 for each additional mile
    2. 500 miles - $750 fixed. $1.50 for each additional mile
    3. 1000 miles - $1250 fixed. $1.25 for each additional mile
    4. 5000 miles - $5000 fixed. $1.00 for each additional mile.
    
    N.B. : There is no credit for unused miles.
     

25. Booster Seat or Child Safety Seat
    $7 per day
    $7 per hour or additional day
    
    N.B. : Booster seat for children up to 60lb.
     

Geographic Restrictions
Due to insurance reasons, under no circumstances will driving to Mexico be permitted.
